Breathing Room is nestled in the heart of Charlotte’s Historic South End at 214 West Tremont Ave. Look for a lofty brick and glass building between the cross streets of South Boulevard and South Tryon. You can find us on the first floor, bottom right. Time to breathe!

Ample parking is available on the perimeter of the building and on the street. Please use the front entrance to the studio, unless you are attending an 8 a.m. class, in which case, enter through the back. We have two changing rooms available and storage for your belongings. Feel free to bring your own mat or you are welcome to borrow our props for class.
